Abstract. In twenty-first century with rapid development in science and technology， innovative thinking is considered to be an important way to stimulate creativity. This paper is aiming to cultivate students’ creative thinking and practice ability， according to the teaching and creation of relevant experience andfocusing onthe close relationship between the basis of art and innovative thinking， elaborates about the three aspects "art"， "perspective training"， and "thinking". This is a convenient way， and is also the most natural and the most effective way for us to further understandthe creative thinking in teaching of fine arts， especially in painting.

1. Introduction

As everyone knows， as early as in the European Renaissance， there was a remarkable painter in Italy -- Da Finch. He was a talent for painting. 2. Art foundation is pursuing stability

Those who engaged in art creation knows， art foundation， and fixed on the stability. Here refers to the "stable"， which includes three aspects： sketch， sketch， and color.

4. Innovative thinking and emotional impact

Innovative thinking， just as its name implies， it is a kind of break the normal procedure， pioneering and innovative thinking. This requires painting after certain things reduction ability， imagination into the works of soul. Specifically， optical hardware is not enough； there must also be more competitive software. Secondly， the painting itself is a comprehensive understanding of the work， focus and dedication of the heart. The passion of the produced cannot do without passion. Work is just a special tool and carrier， we often say "touch"， a good work， good enough in some details and local handle， macro local and subject to mutual care， hierarchy， each expressed higher level of desire. So， in my opinion， communication， integration and game once thought innovation itself are a painter and audience.

In addition， have administrative levels feeling to point the layout requirements. Local stress tend to make a good painting， a few months but this local the pursuit of the perfect may take the painting， or even longer. To sum up， basic art is the source of excellent painting works， which is based on life and higher than life； which is from the reality， aesthetic and breakthrough， beautiful and good. It canreflect the artistic spirit of the pursuit， but can also display the creative thinking in the overall quality， which is the soul and essence of art creation.
