浅谈既有高速铁路路基边侧桥梁基础维护施工

摘要:安全风险大,投入成本高,施工周期长,一直是既有线施工的特点,本文结合施工工程经验,重点描述既有高速铁路边桥梁基础施工的优化设计施工改进,以达到优化施工程序、降低施工难度、减少成本投入、降低安全风险,提高施工进度的目的,在同类既有高铁路基边侧桥梁基础维护施工中具有推广意义和参考价值。

0.引言

近年来,随着我国高速铁路,高速公路建设的发展,桥梁建设也取得的巨大成就。高速公路跨越高速铁路施工成为施工中的重难点,临近既有线进行基础围护施工更是既有线施工中控制的重点,钻孔桩+双水泥搅拌进行基础围护因其施工工艺操作简单,占用场地少,对既有高速铁路影响小等,在既有高速铁路路基边侧桥梁基础维护施工中具有广泛的应用前景。本文结合实际工程经验,重点描述钻孔桩+双水泥搅拌进行基础围护在既有高速铁路路基边侧桥梁基础维护施工中的设计,及施工工艺,以达到减少成本投入,并降低安全风险,减少对既有高速铁路的影响,提高施工进度的目的。

1.工程概况

宁波绕城公路东段跨甬台温高速铁路钢―混叠合梁(56.45+115.3+44.5)米,分左、右两幅错开布置,全长216米,跨越甬台温铁路和宁横公路。左右两幅分别有两个主墩承台位于甬台温高速铁路路基边侧。承台结构尺寸为14.2*14.2*4.5米,最深开挖深度9.18米,最浅6.43米,均为深基坑。

2.钻孔桩加旋喷桩相结合围护设计

基础围护设计主要结合施工中各个工况对钻孔桩及钢围囹、封底混凝土等的强度,刚度,稳定性进行验算。故钻孔桩及钢围囹的优化设计,主要是对钻孔桩及钢围囹施工各个工况进行优化和调整,从而调整设计计算力学模型,达到钻孔桩及钢围囹设计的有效优化目的。

综合考虑施工环境及地址情况,从节约成本及施工进度,既有线高铁线路安全出发,考虑到钻孔桩分置灵活,桩的根数、截面均能适当调整,可间隔地同时施工,工作面多而干扰少,便于争取工期;对路基边坡稳定性影响小,施工安全方便,所以承台深基坑采用钻孔桩加旋喷桩相结合围护施工。

根据现场地质资料显示,在标高0.87m~-0.23m范围内属于杂填土,在标高-0.23m~-8.18m范围内属于淤泥,在标高--8.18m~-10.83m范围内属于亚粘土,地基承载力极差,地下水位高,地下水位为2.43m米,结合设计图纸中主墩承台的具置及开挖深度,以右幅80#墩为例,开挖深度(至承台底)9.18m,承台位于宁横公路中央分隔带处,宁横公路两侧车流量较大,承台两侧各侵入宁横公路半幅道路(宁横公路汽车通行产生的震动及吊车、挖掘机等设备产生的荷载)。

通过计算,确定承台基坑围护采用采用1000@1200钻孔桩+2φ700mm双搅拌桩,桩长为42m,水泥搅拌桩深度为19.7m。围囹的形式根据计算采用2I56,内支撑采用钢管支撑,钢管型号选择φ609δ16mm钢管。根据施工实际情况,为保证承台可以一次性浇筑完成,在开挖基坑时设置三层围囹,第一层在顶面下50cm处,第二层在顶面下200cm处,第三层在顶面下450cm处。基坑开挖完成后,浇筑35cm厚C30混凝土封底。钻孔桩保证基坑的围护安全及铁路路基的安全,双层搅拌桩防止地下水涌入承台基坑以及防止由于地下水的流动而影响铁路路基,承台维护平立面图见图1。

3.基础围护工艺流程及施工方法

3.1 基础围护工艺流程

场地平整承台钻孔桩施工围护钻孔桩施工2φ70cm搅拌桩施工布置位移观测点开挖至地面以下1米,施工圈梁混凝土开挖至地面以下2.5米,设置第二道支撑系统开挖至地面以下5米,设置第三道支撑系统开挖至承台底面标高35cm以下,浇筑封底混凝土凿除桩头施工承台钢筋及冷却水管浇筑承台混凝土承台内冷却水管压浆。

3.2 基础围护施工方法

(1)对施工场地进行清表换填整片处理,然后根据施工图,对承台钻孔桩进行放样,并做明显标识,已便于识认,然后进行承台钻孔桩施工。

(2)在承台钻孔桩实施后期进行围护钻孔桩的施工及水泥搅拌桩的施工,在围护钻孔桩施工后进行2φ70cm水泥搅拌桩施工。

(3)在主墩承台钻孔桩及围护钻孔桩2φ70cm水泥搅拌桩施工完成后,基坑开挖前,在基坑四周,距基坑边3m位置,各边设置2个位移观测点,尤其在铁路路基上应多加两个位移观测点。沉降观测桩应用15cm×15cm的水泥桩,中间预埋一根φ16的钢筋,钢筋上口需做十字丝,以便观测水平位移。承台开挖前就需埋设沉降观测标。并进行开挖前才监测,基坑开挖时每开挖1m应观测一次,开挖完成后,每4~6小时观测一次。

(4)围护钻孔桩混凝土龄期达到28d时,开挖前对已布置好的位移观测点进行观测并记录数据,然后进行开挖,先挖至原地面以下1.0,先将围护桩桩头凿除并清理松散的混凝土,施工圈梁钢筋,布置围囹预埋件,然后立模浇注圈梁混凝土。

(5)圈梁施工后达到7d时方可进行基坑开挖作业,开始时开挖时一次开挖深度不应超过1m,在基坑顶向下0.5m的位置焊接第一道围囹,开挖至地面以下2.5米,设置第二道支撑系统,在开挖开挖至地面以下5米,设置第三道支撑系统围囹,围囹材料均采用2I56a工字钢,斜撑采用φ609δ16mm钢管。

(6)围囹安装利用50t吊车吊装,两片围囹接头处处理方式为,在围囹的端部1m范围内上下各焊接3根加劲板,第一块加劲板距围囹端部10cm,以后每隔30cm设一个。还应在两片围囹接头部位内侧焊接三块“”型趾板。设置围囹前需将围护桩外部的泥土清除干净后在设置围囹。围囹与围护桩接触部位用细石混凝土填嵌。围囹设置完毕后在钢管吊至基坑内进行拼装,钢管斜撑采用菱形的加固方式,钢管端部焊接一块δ12mm后打钢板作为堵头板,堵头板与钢管之间焊接6块“”趾板。在堵头板上焊接一个H40型钢,为增加H40型钢的刚度,在型钢内上下各焊接2块δ16mm的加劲板。为增加斜撑端部的围囹的刚度,在围囹上下各焊接3块加劲板,详见图2:支撑与围囹接头部位大样。

(7)开挖至承台底面标高35cm以下后,组织人员进行清底作业,清底时严禁用机械进行,应采用人工的方式进行,清底时应将基坑底整平,然后浇注封底混凝土,由于封底混凝土厚度35cm,在浇筑时应从一边依次进行浇注,边浇注边进行振捣作业。

(8)待封底混凝土达到一定的强度后,拆除第三道围囹,再进行拔除桩头作业,凿桩时严禁将桩头放倒,破坏垫层混凝土,要求桩头凿完后用吊车将桩头吊出基坑。

(9)桩头拨除后,进行钢筋绑扎作业,按设计要求,在桩头上铺设一层网片,以及在承台底铺设一层φ8的钢筋网片,在承台侧面、顶面铺设一层φ6的钢筋网片,然后按设计图纸进行钢筋施工,钢筋施工完成后进行承台内冷却水管布置,由于钢筋骨架接近4.5m,钢筋支撑必须焊接牢固。在钢筋验收通过后,进行承台混凝土浇筑施工。

(10)混凝土浇筑完成后,冷却水管通水冷却,同时承台顶面洒水养护,待混凝土龄期达到7d时,对承台内冷却水管进行压浆处理。
