[摘要] 目的 探讨窄谱中波紫外线对寻常型银屑病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-8水平的影响。 方法 将2014年12月～2016年12月于我院治疗的寻常型银屑病患者66例纳入本研究，随机分为观察组（n=33）和对照组（n=33）；对照组应用迪银片治疗，观察组应用窄谱中波紫外线治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后 TNF-α、IL-8水平的变化情况、两组患者治疗前后PASI评分变化，并对两组的临床疗效进行评价。 结果 治疗前两组患者的TNF-α、IL-8水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的TNF-α、IL-8水平均显著降低，且观察组较对照组降低更显著（P0.05）；治疗后，两组患者PASI评分较治疗前显著降低，组间比较差异有显著性（P

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet on the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 66 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group （n=33） and control group （n=33）. The control group was treated with Diyin tablets. The observation group was given narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet. The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 and the changes of PASI score between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were compared between the two groups before treatment，the differences were no statistically significant（P>0.05）. The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the decrease of the observation group were more significant than those in the control group（P0.05）. こP鸵屑病是一种常见的慢性、炎症性皮肤病，也是一种自身免疫性疾病[1]。其发病机制尚未完全阐明，窄谱中波紫外线（narrow-band ultraviolet B，NB-UVB）是近年来治疗皮肤病的常用方法，应用紫外线以特定波长对皮肤病变部位进行照射治疗，达到免疫调节及抗炎的作用[2]。近年来窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病已被证实能显著改善患者的临床症状，具有较好的临床疗效[3]。本研究旨在探讨窄谱中波紫外线对寻常型银屑病患者TNF-α、IL-8水平的影响，现报道如下。
