华茂・彩虹计划已经走过了四个年头，今天已经走出宁波，走进贵州，走向更广阔的区域。许多社会资源主动对接这项公益事业。宁波市民、海外人士热情地伸出手来，支持扶贫行动。予人玫瑰，手有余香。彩虹细流的交汇中，总有许多令人感动的故事。2017年的华茂・彩虹计划，将凸显华茂公益的教育特色，强化彩虹计划的系列性，书写更加绚丽的彩虹画卷。
9月18日上午，飨赣曛校随着一辆近十米长、载满了爱心助学物资的大货车缓缓启动，华茂・彩虹计划爱心物资运往贵州省黔东南自治州从江县加榜乡加榜中心小学。“这是捐赠给贵州加榜的首批物资。”华茂・彩虹计划总策划何玉花向笔者介绍，这批物资中有当地孩子们急需的组合图书柜、阅览桌、餐桌、课桌椅、学生衣柜等设备，同时还有学生电话机、洗衣机等各类生活物品，还有一批儿童读物和芦笙、笛子等当地少数民族乐器。在前期调查考察的基础上，考虑到贵州加榜当地情况，也为了将爱心送达最后一公里，华茂・彩虹计划还派出了专业的设备安装人员，随同物资前往贵州当地，将衣柜、图书柜、餐桌、课桌椅等安装到位。
以真情关爱孩子的成长，架起城乡学子心中的彩虹桥梁，点燃梦想，这是“华茂・彩虹计划”的初衷，也是华茂公益事业的基点。
2016年，华茂启动了“彩虹之家”公益项目。“彩虹之家”定位于“留守儿童之家”，汇聚宁波的爱心力量，帮助留守儿童集中的贫困地区的学校改善基础设施，帮助建设留守儿童管理制度，倡导关注留守儿童的精神世界，通过家校联系、心理抚慰、结对帮助、与外出父母视频连线、通亲情电话等方式给予留守儿童关爱，架起他们与父母、与外面的大千世界沟通的桥梁。
首个彩虹之家位于贵州省黔东南州月亮山腹地的加榜乡，那里风景如画，民风古朴，却十分贫穷落后。当地大多数儿童因父母外出打工成为长期或季节性留守儿童。彩虹计划组委会通过在宁波全市开展彩虹之星的选拔活动，引导宁波的城市青少年参与公益实践，带领他们远赴贵州。通过同龄人的眼睛，看到留守儿童的需求，并发动社会力量共同为偏远地区的学龄儿童改善学习生活条件。
彩虹之家的建设在社会上引起了巨大的反响，许多宁波学生、家长、爱心市民、企业家都自发参与进来：6月，彩虹助学贵州专场活动中，宁波市民结对助学一百多名贵州的留守儿童、贫困学子；7月初，善园网开通彩虹之家项目线上众筹专栏，短短几日，募集了一万余元爱心善款；7月16日，在华茂公益彩虹之约的演出现场，宁波市“创二代”联谊会的企业家们共同为彩虹之家完成了传统民族音乐器材的捐赠……越来越多的目光汇聚到了贵州加榜，越来越多宁波市民的爱心通过彩虹桥抵达祖国的大西南。
2016年，华茂教育基金会在全宁波在校生中征集并最终评选出了5位“彩虹公益之星”，开始了为期一周的贵州行，他们在贵州省黔东南州从江县加榜乡，与当地同学同吃同住，共同学习，彼此分享，并作为宁波的爱心小使者，了解当地同学的微心愿，通过自己的视角寻找最值得为贵州小伙伴做的事情，帮助“小候鸟”圆梦。
而就在与贵州留守小伙伴相处的几天中，宁波学生发现加榜中心小学的同学们身上有许许多多值得自己学习的。“彩虹贵州之行，我教加榜乡中心小学的同学画画。他们同时也是我的‘好老师’，在搬运彩虹物资的时候，他们力气大，也很有效率，我们却停停歇歇，我意识到我们不如他们有毅力。与贵州小伙伴朝夕相处，我觉得自己坚强了不少，做农活的过程中我逐渐学会坚持，深感完成目标需要付出不懈的努力和一点一滴的坚持。”一位宁波同学说出了内心的感受。
彩虹之家不是一个家，而是一个又一个抚慰留守儿童心灵的家园。在不久的将来，在宁波周边会有越来越多的彩虹之家。许许多多务工人员的子女，将在这个家里一起看书、学习；在这个家里，他们一起游戏、快乐成长。彩虹之家，将有越来越多未完待续的故事，传递越来越多的爱与温暖……
The year 2016 was the fourth year in Ningbo-based Huamao Group’s Rainbow project. The project aims to bring aids to schools and children in poverty-stricken families and remote regions. In 2016， Huamao expanded the project to take care of children left behind by their parents working in cities far away from home. Huamao sent a truckload of school necessities to a primary school in Guizhou in southwestern China on the morning of September 18. The 10-meter-long truck carried things including library bookcases， tables for the reading room， tables for the student dining hall， desks and chairs for classrooms， clothe cabinets for student dormitories as well as books and musical instruments. A group of workers went along to install furniture and equipment safely at the school.
The Huamao’s project aims to help children grow and help them have dreams about future. The new part of the project is named Rainbow Home.
The school that received the assistance from Huamao in 2016 was Jiabang Central Primary School in Jiabang Township， Congjiang County in Guizhou. The school is typical： it is located in a remote scenic mountain region where a lot of children are left behind by their parents working far away and the region is poverty-stricken. Huamao helped improve not only the hardware of the school but also the system that takes care of the health of the children.
The Rainbow Home started early in 2016. More than 100 schoolchildren at Jiabang Town set up one-on-one ties with children in Ningbo in June. In early July， a website in Ningbo started raising funds for the Rainbow Home. Within a few days， more than 10，000 yuan was donated. On July 16， Huamao held a charity show in Ningbo. Young entrepreneurs， all rich kids of the old-generation entrepreneurs， donated handsomely for musical instruments. The citywide events helped Ningbo people become sharply aware of the circumstances in which some school children in remote Guizhou struggle to dream about future.
Huamao Group also selected five students from a citywide campaign. The campaign was more than about selection. It was also a publicity drive designed to make the city’s school children aware of their counterparts in remote corners of the country.
The five students from Ningbo acted as the ambassadors of the Rainbow Project and spent a week in Jiabang living with their counterparts and sharing their dreams. The students from Ningbo tried to find out more about the life of their counterparts and tried to figure out what they as children could do to help and share. A student from Ningbo commented， “I was able to give them tips on painting pictures at the school in Jiabang. But when we were unloading the equipment from Ningbo， they had more grit and strength. The week in Jiabang made me aware that we need to work hard to achieve our life goals.”
Rainbow Home is not just a building. It is home for children left behind by their parents going away to work in remote cities. Huamao Group plans to build more Rainbow Homes around Ningbo so that kids separated from their parents can come over and join their parents.
