教材分析:本单元所涉及的内容是含有情态动词的被动语态,是本书中比较重要的一部分。另外本课所涉及的情感教育于现实十分有用,对于激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高具有重要意义。

学情分析:学生的语法知识不扎实,写作中经常出现低级的语法错误、词性混淆、拼写错误等。而且班级优生缺乏,中游生停滞不前,后进生厌学情况严重。因此,本节课我实行分层次教学,针对不同学生的不同特点,一一攻破难点。

教学目标:

知识目标:1.能描述青少年要遵守的各种规则,表达你的观点并给出理由。

2.能用“have to / must (not) ...”“ can / can’t ... ”“ be allowed to do / allow sb. (not) to do sth.” 等句型描述规则。

3.能用“I think / believe that I should be allowed ... ”“ in my opinion / view, they should”“allow me to do ... ”“I think it is unfair to ...”“ I agree / disagree that ... ”“that’s why / because ...”等句型表达观点与理由。

能力目标:连接词的用法;能用“in my opinion ”“not only ... but also”“all in all ”“so... that...”“however”等连接上下文,使文章更加流畅,富有逻辑性。

情感目标:在小组合作讨论中增加彼此情感的交流和沟通,发展学生互帮互助的良好情感。

教学重点、难点:巩固和加强学生对被动语态的理解和认识,合理运用三种被动语态句式;让学生通过阅读了解父母与孩子对待未来梦想的不同态度,学会正确运用阅读中所学的词汇和句式。

教学过程:

Step1 Leading in

Watch a video about house rules, then ask some questions. The first one “What rules do you have at home ?” Students answer it ,then ask“ Do you agree with these rules?”Students answer them.Let’s translate it.

(设计说明:通过视频播放家风、家规引出本课,然后问2个问题以此引出自己的家规,是否同意表明意见。学生讨论后完成思维导图。且本环节也是对词、句的语料收集,为以下文章提供材料。)

Step 2 Presentation

Ask students “ How do you think should be changed?Why? ” Say reasons and show opinions. Let them write on .

(设计说明:本环节学生对每个家规提出自己的观点,并给出理由。通过实例的给出,学生更容易仿写,加强学生的自信心。)

Step 3 Reading

Read a passage and fill in the blanks.Use “Linking words”.Students have five minutes finish it.Teacher check it.Show each paragraph.

(设计说明:连接词的运用是学生写作的薄弱环节,怎样用,什么时候用,在本文中都有呈现。学生在填连接词过程中对文章结构有初步认识,为以下写作做铺垫。)

Step 4 Writing

Students have five minutes finish their outline.Then write their composition.

(设计说明:通过列出提纲,学生对语料搜集中的知识加以巩固,列出草稿,最后完成自己的作文。通过层层递进,让学生养成良好的写作习惯。)

Step5 Showing

Let students show own’s composition.

(设计说明:通过展示自己的作文,对文章进行口语输出,有效地练习了口语,使写作课堂不再枯燥。)
