Abstract：Through the analysis of the supply and demand of Xi'an real estate market，the real estate enterprises，city residents，the Xi'an municipal government as the main body，the supply structure characteristic analysis of Xi'an current real estate market layout，and summarize the characteristics of commercial housing，and compared with the needs of the citizens，points out the unreasonable layout give suggestions，commercial housing construction；analysis of Xi'an city residents purchase capacity and willingness to purchase，mainly summarize the characteristics of Xi'an city housing demand，put forward suggestions for the future development of real estate developers，promote commercial housing supply and demand in Xi'an City，to enhance the degree of Xi'an municipal government；summarize the property market policy，put forward the "inventory" policy recommendations for the future of the real estate policy.
