Research on Scientific Funds Management by Financial Management Departments in

Colleges and Universities

Abstract： In recent years， the country increases the research funding input constantly， technology research and development spending grows more than 20% per year. Colleges and universities as one of the important frontier of scientific research in our country， the proportion of funding amount for revenue in colleges and universities is in the rising， the diversification of funding sources is more and more obvious. Due to insufficient standard for scientific research management in colleges and universities， the scientific research funds and assets erosion are serious， the scientific research project cost accounting is hard. We should strengthen finance and economics laws and regulations training on scientific research personnel， establish the cost accounting system， strengthen the management of budget establishment and budget implementation， increase the service efficiency of scientific research assets to strengthen the scientific research management in colleges and universities.
