摘要:采用sbr处理碱法草浆造纸废水味精废水的试验结果表明:废水中的有机污染物得到高效降解,COD的去除率分别达80%和90%以上;高浓度的SO2-4(1.2×105 mg/L)对SBR处理系统无影响;易降解和难降解的有机废水应分别采用限制曝气和非限制曝气的进水方式为宜;DO可以作为SBR系统去除COD情况的一个指标,易于实现自动化控制(DO为1.5 mg/L左右为宜)。

Treatment of Alkali Straw Pulp Papermaking and Gourmet Powder Wastewater with SBR Process

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study SBR process treating alkali straw pulp papermaking and gourmet powder wastewater.The results were as follows:The organic pollutants could be degraded efficiently with COD removals over 80% and 90% respectively for two kinds of wastewater and high concentration of sulphate (1.2×105 mg/L) had no effect on SBR system.It would be better to adopt limited aeration and unlimited aeration for readily degradable and hardly degradable organic wastewater respectively.DO could be used as an index of the COD removal performance of SBR process.Thus the process automatic control will be realized easily.It is suitable to maintain the DO value of 1.5 mg/L in the system.

1 试验材料与方法

1.1试验装置

试验装置如图1所示。SBR反应器内径为30 cm,高度为70 cm,有效容积为45 L。反应器外侧分设5个排水管,底部设有排泥及放空管,距反应器底10 cm处设有进气管,内部采用4个烧结砂芯作为曝气头,外部联接空气压缩机。SBR反应器进水量、曝气量都可以通过阀门调节和用流量计计量。做平行对比试验时用4个10 L的小SBR反应器进行,试验用污泥取自大SBR反应器中的成熟污泥。

1.2废水水质

试验用水分别为取自河南省某碱法草浆造纸厂和某味精厂的实际工业废水。处理前造纸黑液先经稀释一倍后酸析木质素;味精废水先经分离蛋白,而后调整pH值到7左右,再用自来水稀释后使用。进水浓度根据处理后能够达到国家相应排放标准的要求(造纸废水COD≤450 mg/L,味精废水COD≤300 mg/L)确定。废水水质见表1。
