【摘要】目的：探讨中药浓缩液代替择期胆囊手术术前留置胃管临床效果。方法：将186例择期胆囊手术患者随机分为两组。其中对照组93例，术前12小时禁食，术前6小时禁饮，术前30分钟留置胃管。治疗组93例，术前14小时口服中药浓缩液300ml，术前12小时禁食，术前4小时和术后8小时各饮中药浓缩液300ml。并按评定标准对两组临床效果进行比较。结果：治疗组和对照组的特别满意为25例和8例，P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution replaced detaining gastric tube before elective surgery of cholecystectomy resection.Methods：One hundred eighty cases of elective surgery of cholecystectomy resection were divided randomly into 2 groups.the control group 93 cases，the patient before Pereperative：fast of 12 hours first，then fordif drinking of 6 hours，detaining gastric tube of 30 minutes before Pereperative.The treatment group 93 cases，taken 300ml Chinese medicine concentrated solution before 14 hours and 4 hours and after 8 hours each time ，fast of 12 hours before Pereperative.Results：Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group，the effect of peculiarly approbative were 25 cases and 8 cases(P ﹤0.01)；68(25+43) cases and 48(8+40) cases were great satisfaction (P0.05).Conclusions：The treated group were significantly shorter than restoring time in the control group ，especially for salience more than or equal to 24 hours ，and the cases were closed to each other in pleased .It signifies the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution complete replaced and excelled detaining gastric tube，avoid the gastric tube irritated upper gastrointestinal，It wassufferedsuffered worth of being generalized.

【Key words】Operation on gallbladder；Preoperative preparation；Traditional chinese medicine concentrated solution；Gastric tube胆囊手术为减少术后胃肠胀气，增加手术安全性，促进消化道功能恢复，都要做术前胃肠道准备，通用常规方法是术前12小时禁食，术前6小时禁饮外，术前30分钟留置胃管。而插入胃管对多数病人来说，不容易接受，也不能很好配合。笔者从2005年1月到2009年12月，采用口服中药浓缩液代替胃肠减压管，经临床效果观察证实，既简便易行，又无副作用，是一种有效理想方法，现报告如下：1.资料与方法

1.1临床资料：病例选自2005年1月-2009年12月，我院收住院有完整资料经B超、CT、ERCP等检查明确诊断的择期胆囊切除手术186例患者，其中慢性胆囊炎伴胆囊多发结石136例，慢性萎缩性胆囊炎36例，胆囊炎胆囊结石伴胆总管中、下段结石14例，入选病例随机分对照组93例，其中男性48例，女性45例，年龄24-75岁，平均50.5岁；治疗组93例，其中男性46例，女性47例，年龄23-73岁，平均年龄48.5岁。两组性别、年龄、病程、病种、胆囊手术方法等经统计学处理，无显著性差异。

1.2方法：对照组给予术前12小时禁食，术前6小时禁饮，术前30分钟留置胃管。治疗组术前14小时口服中药浓缩液300ml，术前12小时禁食，术前4小时和术后8小时各饮中药浓缩液300ml。
