Study on the current situation and Countermeasures of ecological civilization construction in Hainan Province

Abstract：The construction of ecological civilization in the Party Congress promoted to the height of the strategic layout. Hainan Province in the protection of the ecological environment，ecological economy，ecological industry，ecological culture，ecological habitat，such as made some achievements，however，single mode of governance，market and social forces failed to fully participate in；resource utilization rate low，the extensive mode of economic growth has not been fundamentally changed；irrational industrial structure，economic development excessively dependent on tourism and real estate industry；ecological environmental situation is still grim.
