紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统应用与院前急救效果的相关性

[摘要]目的 探讨紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统技术应用价值及对院前急救效果的影响。 方法 引入基于GPS和CDMA定位技术、GPRS网络通信技术、GIS、120急救中心调度等技术的紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统,将采用此技术前后收治患者分为对照组和研究组,对比两组内科急救反应时间及救治效果以评价该系统应用价值。结果 研究组院内反应时间、行驶时间及急救耗时均显著少于对照组(P < 0.05),研究组救治显效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05) ,无效率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),有效率与对照组无显著差异(P > 0.05),救治成功率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统技术显著缩短了院前急救的反应时间,提高了救治成功率,具有很高的临床应用价值和社会效益。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the emergency medical call locator system the value of technology and the effect of pre—hospital care. Methods The introduction of an emergency medical call locator system based on GPS and CDMA positioning technology, GPRS network communication technology, GIS, 120 emergency center scheduling technology, will use this technology around the treated patients were divided into control and study groups, compared two groups of medical emergency response time and treatment effects to evaluate the value of the system. Results The study group hospital response time, travel time and first—aid time—consuming significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05) treatment significantly efficiency of the study group was significantly higher (P < 0.05), and inefficiency were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), efficiency and control group without significant difference (P > 0.05), the treatment success rate was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The emergency medical call locator system technology significantly shorten the reaction time, pre—hospital emergency care to improve the treatment success rate, with a high clinical value and social benefits.

院前急救是急救医疗服务体系(EMSS)关键环节,院前急救反应时间及救治处理是影响救治效果的直接因素。目前,我国20%的患者在医生到达现场前死亡,而其中超过80%是由于救治不及时所致[1]。由于求救发出至急救车到达现场所需时间受到多方面因素影响,如何缩短到达现场时间,为患者争取宝贵的救治时间,是提高院前急救成功率的关键。现代科技的发展,可通过移动定位系统获取患者精确的坐标数据,地理信息数据的发展和完善使坐标能够得到直观的地图模型和动态标志,通过无线通信系统使急救车与120急救中心终端可以获得交互式联系,本院引入基于以上技术的综合研制的紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统,本文通过对比采用该技术前后院前急救反应时间和救治效果,评价该技术的应用价值,为临床急救提供参考。
