Abstract： Through the literature material method and investigation method， analyse the status and influencing factors of Guizhou 2014 university undergraduates. The results showed the Guizhou college graduates self employment rate is low， the venture industry is relatively dispersedself-employed. The main factors affecting the self entrepreneurship of graduates have capital， entrepreneurial team and the quality of their own. Proposed the advice that the university to construct the innovation and entrepreneurship education course system， Strengthening the construction of teachers' team and support the students start their own businesses.
