【摘要】 目的：通过不同时间回收器械清洗效果的比较，明确回收时间对器械清洗效果的影响，选择最佳时间回收器械，提高器械的清洗质量。方法：将495件上肢骨科器械随机分11组，每组45件，第一组术后马上回收清洗，其他组分别是1～10 h回收清洗，11组器械清洗效果进行比较。结果：11组器械清洗后直接目测阳性率：4 h内阳性率均为0，5 h后分别为9%、13%、20%、33%、36%、44%；放大镜下阳性率：4 h内阳性率均为0，5 h后分别为9%、13%、20%、36%、36%、44%；残留血检测阳性率：4 h内阳性率均为0，5 h后分别为8%、13%、20%、36%、36%、62%；锈蚀阳性率：7 h内阳性率均为0，8 h后分别为7%、11%、18%。结论：污染器械不宜放置太久，使用保湿剂情况下4 h内回收不影响器械清洗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the cleaning effects of different time recovery instruments，and to clarify the effect of recovery time on the cleaning effect of instruments，to select the best time to recover the equipment，and to improve the quality of cleaning equipment.Method：495 pieces of upper limb department of orthopedics instruments were randomly divided into 11 groups，45 pieces in each group，the first group was recovered immediately after operation，other groups were 1 hour to 10 hours recycling cleaning，the cleaning effect of the 11 groups was compared.Result：The 11 groups after cleaning the direct visual positive rate：4 h positive rate were 0，after 5 h were respectively 9%，13%，20%，33%，36%，44%；positive rate under magnifying glass：4 h positive rate were 0，after 5 h were respectively 9%，13%，20%，36%，36%，44%；residual blood test positive rate：4 h positive rate were 0，after 5 h were respectively 9%，13%，20%，36%，36%，62%；positive rate of corrosion：7 h positive rate were 0，after 8 h were respectively 7%，11%，18%.Conclusion：Contaminated equipment should not be placed too long，the use of moisturizing agents in the case of 4 h does not affect the recovery of equipment cleaning effect.

根据WS中华人民共和国标准卫生行业规范WS/T367―2012《医疗机构消毒技术规范》2012版中要求：重复使用的诊疗器械、器具和物品应由消毒供应中心（CSSD）及时回收后，进行分类、清洗、干燥和检查保养[1]。规范中只提出回收器械要及时，但什么时候最合适并没有说明。目前，仍有很多医院由于建筑布局局限、设备不足、人员短缺、工作量大、清洗成本、夜间急诊手术而无安排夜班等因素，无法做到马上回收，导致器械清洗难度增加。医疗器械的彻底清洗和有效的灭菌同样重要，再生性医疗器械清洗质量的优劣直接影响灭菌效果，器械的清洗是保证灭菌成功的关键，为此笔者通过术后骨科上肢器械放置不同时间后进行清洗，比较其清洗效果，以了解放置不同时间对器械清洗效果的影响，明确清洗消毒处理的对策，为清洗消毒工作提供理论依据。将笔者所在医院2015年5月份495件上肢骨科器械分时间清洗进行研究，现报告如下。
