Social Governance Reform Under the Condition of Big Data

Abstract：The big data is associated with globalization and industrial processes. In addition to its high complexity and high degree of uncertainty characteristics， it also has its own new features. As a double-edged sword， large data brings convenience for the production and living of human life. But at the same time， it also makes the government face kinds of challenges， such as data security management， massive data and information problems， data decision blindly and so on. Cooperative governance which is based on value， not only takes full account of the inherent characteristics of the era of large data， but also takes full advantage of the resources and opportunities brought about by the era. So it is the inevitable path of choice that the government responds to the impact of large data era.
