作文教学是初中语文教学的重要组成部分，作文成绩是衡量学生语文水平的重要尺度，是学生语文能力的综合体现。作文成绩很大程度上取决于学生的语言表达能力。《百家讲坛》特邀嘉宾胡雪岩研究会副会长、台湾师范大学曾仕强教授为我们讲述《胡雪岩的启示》：“人要先学会听话，才能学会说话。”学生学写作亦如此，主题阅读摘记训练是一种新型的作文训练方式，它是在借鉴主题研究性学习、网络语文学习、问题解决模式、大量阅读和合作学习等先进经验的基础上对传统作文教学方式的扬弃，符合作文教学的本质规律，能够解决作文教学实践中迫切需要解决的许多问题。“主题阅读摘记训练”的作文教学思路主要有：
一、寻求作文教学内容与教材的切合点，为“主题阅读摘记训练”找到方向。
人教版新教材对课文采用主题组元的方式进行编排，但没有单独编排作文教材，这对作文教学提出了新的挑战。“亲近自然”是七年级第一期第三单元的主题，该单元为学生敞开了一扇了解自然、亲近自然乃至热爱自然的大门。《感受自然》单元中的五篇文章，虽然有作家的经历、写作的时代、写作的意图、观察自然的角度等的不同，但他们都把目光投向了自然，并运用细腻的笔触描摹自然之景，书写内心的感动。故本单元的教学就意在为学生植入一粒乐于观察自然、体味自然的种子提供土壤，并期望此种态度能够延展至身边的一切事物，提取、领悟每项细小事物的内在积极向上的精神。
而在写作方法上本单元课文的大多运用想象、联想的方法；生动准确的比喻、拟人、引用等修辞手法的使用令课文语言既平易晓畅又圆融晶莹；结构精妙且富有气势，完美地将人与自然融为一体并以文字形式呈现出来。但学生须在作文实践中尝试这些写作技巧，在使用中有所领悟。
本单元设计的作文题为《与秋天同行》，与单元学习的主题内容是切合的。恰当地引导学生回顾生活（时值秋天），拓展素材，让学生在借鉴课文的基础上，尝试通过选择合适的角度，生动流畅地描写自己的所见，抒发自己的所感。
有了切入面，应再结合初一学生作文训练实际，寻找单元间相关联的写作手法，确立以学习运用比喻、拟人、联想、想象等手法写景为主的训练要求。
二、寻求作文教学实现教学目标的训练点，为“主题阅读摘记训练”明确内容。
作文教学中，根据教材单元内容，制定精当集中的训练点就显得非常重要。根据学情，作文训练点要有针对性，训练点设计安排要有计划，并分层次地展开。
七年级第一期第三单元单元安排的写作活动是在围绕“感受自然”这一课题而展开的。学生作文问题表现在为写景而写景的多，景物描写中运用的修辞不能紧扣或表现景物的特点，语言描写不具体贴切，景与情也未能有机结合。这样的作文不但难以抓住读者的目光，而且长此以往学生也会丧失写作的信心与热情。针对现状，帮助这帮助学生摆脱这类困境，同时进一步提高写作能力，根据单元课文特点，确立作文教学目标：运用恰当的修辞手法，准确生动地表达出景物的特点。根据目标要求和课文特点把本单元“主题阅读摘记训练”内容明确为：用比喻、拟人修辞手法描写春天景象的优美语句；用比喻、拟人修辞手法描写冬天景象的优美语句；用比喻、拟人修辞手法描写秋天景象的优美语句；用比喻、拟人修辞手法描写夏天景象的优美语句。每项内容要求积累的字数为1000字以上。
当然，改变绝非是一朝一夕能实现的，而是需要长期点滴积累进步方能有所见效。提高训练的有效性，训练内容的设定必须考虑到学生学习能力和水平的现状，提出恰当要求，训练点要小，效果才能出。
三、寻求作文教学合理的资料库，为“主题阅读摘记训练”提供资源。
随堂布置选时机。语文课堂教学涉及能引发学生共鸣的好文章，笔者随机要求作段落照抄。如教材中课文《夏感》，语言极富魅力；又如试卷中阅读理解文章，如果思想内涵深广，语言优美，都可要求学生摘抄。
指定阅读范围。结合每册教材中名著导读书目，根据“主题阅读摘记训练”内容的要求，笔者要求学生到指定的名著中摘录。如八年级上册第二单元“主题阅读摘记训练”内容：通过人物心理描写表现人物性格时，就要求学生对名著《骆驼祥子》做摘记。
自由摘抄重质量。学生除了在教师引导、要求下进行课外阅读，还会有许多无意阅读，如流行歌词、现代诗、小品文等都是他们乐意读的，只要是语言、内容兼美的文章，都可摘抄。
四、不拘形式激发兴趣，使“主题阅读摘记训练”长期坚持求提高。
提出要求很容易，问题是学生能不能照着做，能不能高兴地做，所以激发学生的兴趣，让他们愿意抄，主动写是实现教学目标的关键。笔者的具体做法是：
1.不作硬性规定，每周两篇，抄得到抄，抄不到就写（凡自己写的要求注明“原创”），原创的字数给予“优惠”。这样宽松的规定使学生在不经意间提高，不感到是一种负担，看到了好文章就抄，有了感想就写。
2.教师要投入真情和精力，写出贴切生动、机智幽默，情感丰富且具有指导性的评语。教师的评语要能体现你的学识、品味，你的人生观、世界观，要能显示你的喜怒哀乐，你的个性魅力。
3.每周一评，要及时点评，点评要精当。每周都要告诉学生，又有谁的本子成了我最期待看的，这样的激励非常有效，老师期待着他们的文章，这是令师生双方都非常愉悦的事。
4.每月安排一次创作交流会。每月一次创作交流会，即是对上一个月的总结，也是对下一个月的指导，这样摘记会越做越有收获，写作就会越写越好。教师在选发言人时要注意“点面结合”，不能总是那两三个人，而让大多数同学气馁。要在一年的时间里，让每个学生都有机会亮相。
笔者为“主题阅读摘记训练”拟了一句广告词：“你不想为六十分做点什么吗？”，立足点近了一些，至于将来，培养“对于语言文学的敏感”，一定会拥有高质量的生活。要让学生不认为是一种负担，首先教师要不认为这是一种负担。那么丰富的摘抄，可以让你读到最好的文章；那么感人的故事，可以让你流泪让你欢笑；那么多彩的感想，可以让你触摸年轻的灵魂……投入情感，长期坚持，必然会收获良多。
