中国舟山，锣鼓、渔歌号子、旗语鱼灯……
爱尔兰踢踏舞、法国康康舞、黑人说唱、夏威夷草裙舞、非洲原生态打击乐、阿拉伯肚皮舞……
6月16日夜，舟山定海海滨，灯光璀璨，热闹非凡。巨型的电子屏上，蓝天、白云、海鸥、海浪……勾画出让人浮想联翩的浪漫梦想。
一声汽笛长鸣，“美丽海洋梦想”号巨轮驶入人们的视线，它承载着一个海上古城绵延久远的历史变迁，表述着一个蓝色的希望，它将要出发进行一次环球之旅，让七大洲四大洋的文化精髓在这里荟萃绽放，让岛城市民能将这一切尽收眼底。
这里是定海“风情海岛秀”大型主题文艺晚会的现场，是2013舟山群岛·中国海洋文化节的主要活动之一。
一场晚会一次传承
于2005年创办的舟山群岛·中国海洋文化节，今年已是第八届。
本届文化节由中国文化部、国家海洋局、国家旅游局、浙江省人民政府联合主办，以“美丽海洋”为主题，分三个板块，有一系列的活动。
海洋文化，因海而生，因海而兴，历经数千年演绎。浩瀚的东海赋予了舟山特有的文化底蕴和人文内涵，在漫长的历史长河中，舟山人兴渔盐之利，行舟楫之便，在开发、利用海洋的同时，创造出了灿烂、深厚的文化，是宝贵的精神财富。这次盛会，进一步推动海洋文化的传承与创新，进一步促进海洋经济的合作与交流，共同助推浙江舟山群岛新区的开发与建设。
这一重大节庆已成为舟山的一张“金名片”，被列入国务院《全国海洋经济“十二五”规划》，成为舟山传承海洋文化百花齐放的盛会，成为海洋系列学术研讨百家争鸣的舞台，成为发展海洋经济、扩大海洋合作与交流的纽带。2012年，人民日报社人民网将她评为“首批中国最具影响力品牌节庆”。今年5月28日，2013舟山群岛·中国海洋文化节，成为浙江省首个“国字号”节庆活动。
过往，每到这一节庆，舟山市以及两区两县都会用各自独特的方式来歌颂海洋、感恩海洋，并逐渐挖掘海洋在经济、社会发展中的功能和作用，构建与传统文化相衔接、与时代要求相适应的海洋发展观。今年，定海区以更开放的姿态，大胆尝试了一次国际性的大型文化活动，而以“约定·海那边”为主题的文艺晚会，就是本次定海“风情海岛秀”的最主要活动—开幕式演出。这一文艺晚会集中体现了“让定海走向世界，让世界了解定海”的理念，为岛城市民呈现了国际化的海岛风情舞台盛宴，展现了定海前沿、时尚、开放进取、迈向世界的姿态。
一场晚会一次创意
璀璨的烟花照亮岛城的星空。海浪声中，渔家姑娘手提鱼灯鱼贯而入，渔家汉子整齐站立打着旗语。鱼灯和旗语像是一场对话—“环球之旅”开始了。
一对年轻的小情侣，怀揣周游世界的梦想，坐着美丽的游船，沿海岸线开始了一次环球旅行。他俩来到了爱尔兰，看到欢快的踢踏舞，独舞、群舞，变化着翡翠般的纯真自然。他俩去到了浪漫的法国，看到了每一次齐刷刷踢腿高过鼻尖的康康舞，彩色的大裙摆激情四溢。他俩又到了自由奔放的非洲，皮肤黝黑的朋友带来了动感十足的说唱和原生态打击乐，仿佛美丽的风景：太阳几近黄昏，草原上奔跑着动物，还有香蕉树、原始森林里的狒狒、被风抚摸的柔软的草……
这是本次晚会中风情秀《彼此心·你我情》部分的“远方的·色彩”节目，也是最体现本次晚会国际化、风情味的节目。在这个节目中，国外11个国家的10个团队近70位演员参与歌舞演出。
沙沙有声的阿拉伯肚皮舞，随着充满中东情调的音乐，薄如蝉翼的亮丽服装、鲜亮夺目的腰带，扭动起来，旋转起来。与之媲美的巴西桑巴舞，时而傲酷，时而优雅，时而感性，时而神秘，明快的舞步中显现妩媚娇柔。夏威夷草裙舞，漂亮，帅气，一片阳光明媚春。西班牙弗拉门戈舞蹈，感伤风情融合在泼辣奔放之中。俄罗斯民间舞，滑行、细碎、变幻的舞步，已带着芭蕾的独特的程式。
民族的，动感的，时尚的，友好的，带着对海的挚爱与敬意，各国的文化艺术激情绽放。这一堪称晚会中最受欢迎的节目，以“一对恋人周游世界各地”为主线，以散文、诗歌串词衔接朗诵，以舞美艺术、现代化的灯光元素为辅，运用多种演艺形态与包装手段来展现的演出，产生了极大的舞台冲击力，震撼现场。节目表演完毕，全场爆发出长时间的热烈掌声。内容丰富而有思想，绝对的创意。
一场晚会一次对话
世代以海为生的舟山人，天然地富有包容万象的气度、开拓创新的魄力、热情诚信的本色和大无畏的浪漫主义海洋精神。
这一场晚会分为开场秀《COME·相聚》、家园秀《这么近·那么远》、风情秀《彼此心·你我情》、梦想秀《美丽音·蓝色梦》、尾声《COMMON·再聚首》五部分。从晚会的结构就能看出这是一场本土文化与异域文化的交流融会。
定海，作为中国唯一的海岛历史文化名城，自身有着深厚的海洋文化历史。早在5000余年前，舟山就有先民在此屯居开发，海上河姆渡新石器古文化遗址、鸦片战争的战场遗址、海山第一古刹祖印寺、明清历史街区等人文历史景点众多，并有“舟山锣鼓”“木偶戏”“跳蚤舞”等一批具有海岛特色的非物质文化遗产，可以说这里有着丰富的本土海洋特色文化。而今，定海特邀世界各地的文化团队相聚岛城，把浓郁的舟山海洋文化推介给世界，也将全世界优秀的海洋文化呈现给舟山。这是一次大胆的尝试，表现了舟山的海洋文化底气，也无疑表明了舟山迈向世界、接轨国际的决心和态度。
在接下来的几个月里，定海还会延续晚会的国际化风格，大胆集成国内外海岛风情的时尚元素，陆续推出“海滨之夜·国际音乐汇”“海滨之夜·民间综艺秀”等五项配套活动。届时，国内国际音乐人专场演出、“梦幻海岛”大型魔术、国内民间文化交流展演、唱响定海赛、微电影创作赛、啤酒文化展和国际美食汇、文化旅游商品展览和集市等精彩纷呈的活动，将使海洋文化与城市文明在交流、展示、碰撞中融为一体，展现舟山拥抱海洋、奔向蓝色未来的胸怀与气度，让定海成为国际海岛文化的展示中心、体验中心和休闲快乐中心。
Sea Culture Festival in Zhoushan Celebrates Global Ties

Zhoushan， an archipelago city in East China Sea ， unveiled its 2013 China Sea Culture Festival with a gala celebration on June 16. The launching of the festival also coincided with the day the fishermen in the archipelago will stay away from the sea for months as the seasonal ban on fishing began.
Jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture， the State Ocean Bureau， the State Tourism Bureau and the Provincial People’s Government of Zhejiang， the 2013 event features the theme Beautiful Ocean. The festival is scheduled to go from June 16 to August 13. The event is also supported and endorsed by government departments， media， and business at provincial and city levels.
The Sea Culture Festival is now a golden business card of the archipelago. Zhoushan has a lot to look forward to. Local people consider it a great opportunity for the archipelago to have been included in the national blueprint for ocean economic development for the 12th Five-Year Plan.
The 2013 event is the eighth since the festival made its debut in 2005. It was selected at the People’s Daily website as one of the top ten most influential festivals and celebrations in 2012. On May 28， 2013， the central government authorized the festival as a national event. The decision came amid the the central government’s certification campaign in a bid to streamline the festivals and celebrations across the country.
Situated strategically in East China Sea near the estuary of the Yangtze River and Shanghai， the archipelago has every reason to celebrate and promote its unique culture and look forward to boosting its economy.
Zhoushan has a history of over 5，000 years. Dinghai， the heart of the archipelago， is now China’s only island historical and cultural city. It features a series of historical sites and colorful cultural heritages. Proud of its history and culture and the new momentum unleashed by the state’s latest ocean development priorities， Zhoushan decided to stage a gala of international glamour this year. The decision aimed to introduce the future of the archipelago to the world. The organizers considered the international show as a way to introduce Zhoushan to the world. This cultural project highlights Zhoushan’s determination to promote its ocean-associated culture， to synchronize with the world for further development.
The gala night highlighted nearly 70 artists in 10 troupes from 11 countries and regions such as Ireland， Brazil， France， Africa， and Hawaii. Amid a display of fireworks， the show began and followed a storyline about a young Chinese couple touring the world. As they traveled， they met people and appreciated their art and passion. The dances and rap performance mixed well with the performances of local artists. Dazzling lighting and stage settings added to the spectacular beauty. The gala night wowed the audience.
The two-month -long festival is scheduled to have about 20 events. Some international guests will attend a food event， a piano event， a concert， a yacht exhibition， a forum on sea-related culture， a forum on tourism， an art exhibition.， and a magic show. On the other hand， some events are purely local.： fishermen’s lifestyle and friendship among different island communities. Artists from the northern China will join their counterparts in the south to see who stages the best lion dance at the festival. Some of these events will take the form of a gala night.
