Abstract. With the rapid development of the network technology, the concept of lifelong learning system has obtained people's approval, leading people to accept the distance education. This paper analyzes the present situation oflearning and the autonomous learning concept, and puts forward the discussion onenglish teaching at the present stage.

1. Necessity of training the ability of English

autonomous learning

Due to the rapid development of science and technology and social productivity at this stage, the network information has been widely used in various industries, the establishment of the Shanghai FTA, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, thereby promoting social prosperity, they use the remote education platform, to enter the school to study again, make the lifelong learning system of philosophy has been widely recognized. At present, in the rapid development of network information, the autonomous learning mode to be promoted, in order to better help theto solve the process of second language acquisition in difficulties, to provide a better learning support service system, to obtain better efficiency of learning.

2. The present situation of English acquisition process of system under the concept oflifelong

continuing education

2.1 Adult language learning difficulties

Adult learning is faced with many difficulties, compared with other ordinary institutions of higher learning, learning efficiency is not high, specifically manifested in: (1) The time at school is different. Adults’ learning effect is poor because of work, family and other reasons. On the one hand, because their class rate is not high, class time is not guaranteed. Individual differences in learning subject are relatively large. (2) Different ages have different responsesand abilities of learning knowledge. The young have a good memory, ability of classroom knowledge content has a good memory, language ability is poor; the age big and strong practice ability, work professional service field, language ability, is conducive to the understanding of curriculum theory knowledge, but the new vocabulary ability to absorb slow. (3) Their knowledge is different. Language is with the change and development of society. Because the student individual experience, learning effect is obviously different, is not conducive tolearning.

2.2 Adult language learning motivation

The main motivations oflearning English are as follows: (1) occupation post demand. Non-renewable mineral resources make Jingdezhen become the resources exhausted city. The local City Hall has taken many measures, investment, development of the real economy, the emergence of Industrial Park, hi tech Zone unmanned experimental base and so on, thus appeared the urgent needs of human resources in the enterprises and institutions. (2) The personal comprehensive quality requirements. Due to the increase in vacation orfree time, some people wanted to develop a hobby, enrich thelife, so the choice of distance education language. (3) The environmental impact. People are living in the society and family, to adapt the development of the society, is the interaction between people and people cannot be separated from the. (4) The demands of parents.

2.3 The currentschool language acquisition model

Process oflanguage acquisition is difficult. Due to thenature,language learning time includes all sorts of things together. We must have the power to support it. Language learning involves listening, speaking, reading and writing. Adult schools’ soft, hard teaching conditions lead to students' individual learning focused on reading and writing. The teacher explained in thestudents in grammar. Reading teaching, according to the sentence structure, analyzes ratio greatly in the classroom teaching content. Language is with the evolution of social development. It has not fully implemented the training space in the classroom. There is not enough information teaching resources, so the language ability is not very good. Language acquisition is the final result of applying in the scene. Learning in order to practiceis a lifelong learning system target.

2.4 The achievement evaluation inlearning period

Current academic evaluation method ofschoolsisbased on the original educational management mode. Evaluation structure of academic performance is single, which is not conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of student’s academic ability.

3. The development ofdistance education mode of autonomous learning concept

Modern distance education learning theory is that students use a variety of media resources in the learning process, according to the individual's learning ability and learning goals, make active plan, strategy and learning monitoring study of individual learning, the evaluation of learning effect learning mode. Many schools of theories can be dominated in four ways: (1) the theory of constructivism. (4) The metacognitive theory, which believes that the cognitive subject is self-supervision of cognitive self-awareness.

4. Strategies onEnglish continuing education autonomous learning in Jingdezhen Radio and TV University

4.1 A good learning support service system

The school's educational philosophy is very clear. It let the students to learn in order to practice, to make service to the society, which is suitable for transportation of talents for the society. In 2003, Jingdezhen radio and TV University merged into Jingdezhen colleges, realizing the sharing of teaching resources. The school has invested large amounts of funds, vigorously develop the learning support service system, such as large library, language lab, multimedia classroom building, adding digital teaching equipment, on-demand webcast programs for students.

4.2 The preparation of premise condition of students' autonomous learning

There are two main aspects: 1.Giving a brief introduction of professional content and description of learning skills. 2. 4.3 The guidance of students' autonomous learning

English teaching should focus on students' learning. According to the individual differences of students, the teacher will to develop the learning goals and the different focus, to stimulate their interest in learning. Teachers will ask students to make a study plan, arrangement, and the use of multimedia resources available, extra-curricular learning.

4.4 The supervision of academic process

In the distance education platform, academic supervision is very important. This is mainly carried out by the exchange of teachers and students.

4.5 The teacher's classroom teaching

After the students learning, teachers teaching mainly focuses on the teaching content, teaching objectives and individual students in extra-curricular learning record results in an orderly manner.

Due to the cyber source advantage, in the classroom teaching process, teachersmake the courseware aiming at the teaching content, adjust the learning support service system at any time, make the teaching situationmore easily to be understood and grasped for students.

The interaction between teachers and students in the classroom English is a language-learning tool, so the teaching cannot do without the training of listening and speaking.

4.6 Student learning assessment

Student achievement assessment is made by the final test and forming grade synthesis, in this way to reflect the students' comprehensive level.
