近日，昆明至镇远Y126次旅游专列载着800多名兴高采烈的老年旅客驶离昆明站。这是昆明铁路局开出的第2趟“夕阳红”旅游专列。9月初，昆明局积极制订各种适应市场需求的方案，组织开行夕阳红旅游专列，除了西安、乌鲁木齐等西北传统线路外，该局特别针对南方10月、11月天气凉爽、适宜出行旅游的情况，积极组织开行到广州、桂林等地的旅游专列。为打造优质旅游专列，昆明车辆段按照制订的旅游专列开行计划，针对旅游专列全是老年人乘坐的实际，对运行客车上部车窗、坐席、卧铺、栏杆、扶手、行李架、梳妆台、茶桌等进行检查，确保门窗玻璃无脱落隐患、车门开关灵活、门锁作用良好；重点对锅炉、茶炉、翻板、座椅、边凳进行检查，避免翻板、边门锁失效等情况发生，防止座椅、边凳、床铺垮塌；对车内各顶盖板、罩、帽及防雨檐等附属件进行加固，防止旅客受到伤害。
