Review of State-owned Economy Reform

Abstract：State-owned economy which is the special composition of national economy is a kind of national phenomenon.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up，the state-owned economy gets more and more discussion.This text gives a review from five aspects which are as follows： the state-owned economic function，state-owned enterprise efficiency，state-owned enterprise governance，state-owned enterprise’s performance evaluation，the relation between reform of state-owned enterprises and local government.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for the reform of China’s state-owned economy.
