一、结构特点

通常省去主语(you)；一般以动词原形开头；在它的前面加Don’t构成否定句。例如：

Close the door.

把门关上。

Be a good student.

要做一名好学生。

Don’t be late.

不要迟到。

Don’t play in the street！

别在街上玩耍！

二、注意事项

要想使祈使句语气变得委婉，可在句首或句尾加上please。please在句尾时，其前要加逗号。例如：

Please come here. = Come here, please.

为提醒听话人或引起听话人的注意，可以加称呼语或把主语说出来。例如：

Be careful, Tom.

汤姆，小心。

Don’t make much noise, children.

孩子们，不要吵闹。

三、三种常见结构形式

Be+表语(名词/形容词等)。例如：

Be quiet, please.

请安静。

Let+宾语(通常为一、二、三人称宾格)+动词原形。例如：

Let’s go.

咱们走吧！

行为动词原形+宾语。例如：

Look at the blackboard, please.

请看黑板。

特别提醒：祈使句句末常用感叹号或句号。
