Eat 饮食
7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Your body burns energy even when you’re asleep―so, when you wake up, it’s like you’ve been fasting. You’ll be lethargic and generally just bleurgh.Scoff some healthy wholegrain, like a bowl of cereal or brown toast, which release energy slowly and should keep you going until lunch. At lunchtime, your hunger hormone gremlin rises, making it hard to focus. A protein packed lunch with eggs or baked beans will give you energy without weighing you down.
Study学习
8:30 a.m.
If you’ve got a test and need to remember facts, now’s the time to swot up. Your powers of recall are highest early in the morning, ’cause your body temperature has raised and woken up your brain cells.
Exercise锻炼
9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If you’re a morning person, 20~30 minutes of exercise now will up your energy, mood and metabolism for the day-so you’ll be able to handle anything. But if you’re more of a night owl, get sporty at 6 p.m..Your muscles are warm from the day, you’ll be more alert and less likely to hurt yourself. Exercise at any time is always better than none, though!
Avoid crowds避开人群
10 a.m.

Relax休息
1 p.m.
Our lungs lose power in the middle of the day as they have their own rhythm that governs sleeps and digestion. So relax. Avoid anything too strenuous. But your P.E. teacher might have other ideas.
Gossip闲谈
3 p.m.
Your body clock starts to wind down because blood glycogen(肝糖) levels drop, resulting in an energy slump. To beat this, have a nap―but if that’s not appropriate, a chat with your mates about the hottest lad in class will boost your mood.
Talk to lads搭讪
4 p.m.
As your natural energy levels pick up again after mid-afternoon, you’re more alert and creative, which makes it a great time to get chatting to that lad you’ve had your eye on. You’ll have the best convo starters. Yay!
Show off显摆
4:30 p.m.
You’ve got peak hand-eye coordination in the late afternoon. Plus, your finger flexor muscles have been primed by a day of use. So, now’s the time to do those tricky sporty things that usually leave you looking like a fool. Winner!
Forgive 宽容
8 p.m.
After you’ve had dinner and watched some relaxing TV, your heart rate and blood pressure fall, making you less likely to get riled up. So, if there’s a friendship fall-out you fancy fixing, now’s the time to do it without any further barney-age.
Dim lights 调暗灯光
10:30 p.m.
Dimming the lights in your living room and bedroom before you go to bed will help your body produce the sleep hormone melatonin, promoting sleep. While you’re at it, letting in fresh air is good too, because a raised body temperature can make it harder to sleep. So, throw open a window and you’ll find yourself nodding off...
