藏药波棱瓜子提取液对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤保护机理的研究

摘要:肝损伤是一种常见危害人类和动物健康的疾病。通过研究波棱瓜子(Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall)提取液对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性损伤保护作用,并对其作用机理进行初步分析。试验结果表明,其作用机理与抑制炎性细胞因子的表达等有关,可减轻肝损伤的程度。

Protective Mechanism of Extracts from the Tibetan Medicine Herpetospermum caudigerum Seeds on Acute Liver Injury Mice Induced by Carbon Tetrachlorid

Abstract: Liver injury was a common clinical disease endangering human and animal’s health caused by various pathogenic factors. The protective mechanisms of the extracts form Tibetan medicine Herpetospermum caudigerum seeds on carban tetrachlorid-induced acute liver injury were studied. The results showed that its mechanism were related with the expression inhibition of inflammatory cytokines.
