Shaquille O'Neal knows how to get in good with the bosses.

During his introductory press conference as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, O'Neal said that he, at first, could not put a face to the name when GM Danny Ferry first called him.

"We will not have to double (team) anybody and you can underline that 100 times, we won't have to double anybody," he said, slapping hands with Brown.
