Abstract： The construction of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges youth work is facing some new challenges， still can not fully meet the needs of economic and social development in the new period. This paper attempts to present to the construction of teachers of higher analysis of youth，to strengthen the construction of young teachers in higher vocational education strategy，to promote the cause of Chinese higher vocational education healthy development.
