粮食安全

河北是农业大省,也是全国13个粮食生产大省之一,是全国重要的农产品生产基地,主要农产品产量处于全国前列。河北始终把发展粮食安全生产放在建设现代农业的首位,加大资金投入,着力建设4000万亩粮食生产核心区,推进粮食生产向优势区域集中,促进现代农业健康快速发展。

现代蔬菜产业

河北省进一步优化区域布局和种植结构,重新对蔬菜优势产区进行了规划,将全省分为冬春棚室、夏秋露地、春秋大中小拱棚三大蔬菜优势产区,建成了一批优势明显、特色突出、栽培模式各异的蔬菜产区。河北省还将重点建设100个蔬菜标准园、100个集约化育苗场,以带动蔬菜产业增长方式向节本增效、优质高效方向转变,推进无害化、特色化、专业化生产。

农业产业化

截至2009年底,河北省市级以上农业产业化重点龙头企业已达2400余家,其中,国家级龙头企业32家,一批重点龙头企业已经跻身全国同行业前列。建设现代农业,河北一直着眼于加快农业产业化经营步伐,1000万亩优质粮食基地、100万亩优质蔬菜和果品基地、5000个标准化畜禽养殖小区,标准化基地建设将与企业形成紧密衔接、双向互动、良性发展的局面。

Grain Safety

As a big agriculture province and one of the 13 main grain production provinces, Hebei is a key agricultural produce production center, with its main agricultural production ranking in the front place in China. Hebei has always attached with great importance to grain production. In order to promote rapid development of modern agriculture, Hebei increases in investment, constructs of 40 million mu grain production core regions, promote grain concentration in the advantageous areas.

Modern Vegetation Industry

Hebei Province furthers optimization in the regional layout and plantation structure by re-planning the vegetation plantation regions such as winter greenhouses, summer and autumn open-air plantation, spring and autumn medium-small arch shed regions. Thus, many vegetation production regions of relative advantages, special characteristics and different planting modes have been set up. Hebei will establish 100 standard vegetation gardens and 100 intensive breeding fields in order to the shift towards reducing costs and increasing efficiency and the promotion of innocuity, uniqueness, specialization production.

Agricultural Industrialization

In the end of 2009, more than 2, 400 key industrialized agricultural enterprises at provincial and municipal levels, 32 at the national level. Some of them are ranked in the first places in China.Modern agriculture, Hebei has been focused on accelerating the pace of industrial management of agriculture, high-quality food base 1000 mu, 100 mu of high-quality vegetables and fruit base, 5,000 livestock standard cell, standard base-building enterprises will be formed with the base closely together, two-way interaction, the sound development of the situation.
