On the Standards Reform for Career Academy in the USA

Abstract Career academy is a particularly well-researched reform approach of career and technical education in the USA. Career Academies are industry-specific， career-focused tracks within high schools that offer small learning communities， college-prep curricula and local partnerships with employers and institutions of higher education. A series of standards were launched by many national organizations， such as fundamental standards for Career Academies， practice standards for Career Academies， Evaluation Standards protocol for Career Academies. These national standards have helped career academies continually improve educational quality.
