Abstract: The socialism core value system is the soul of a country, and it is the core of social ideology formation. It is the ideological basis of the party national people’s efforts, and it is the essence of socialism advanced culture, which determines the development direction of Chinese characteristics socialism culture. In higher vocational colleges, conducting core value system education, leading higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching, promoting socialism theme, improving the socialism core value system level of higher vocational college students, improving comprehensive quality and realizing the function of educating people. Thus, the core value system leads the optimization of higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching education environment, adhering to “people-oriented”, integrating core value into higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching process, strengthening the two branches of teachers’ construction, exploring higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching new mode, implementing higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching soft management, improving the teaching practice.

1. The Role of Socialism Core Value System in College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

The socialism core value system is the soul of a country, which is the core of social ideology formation, which is the ideological basis of national people’s efforts. The higher vocational colleges are the construction basis of socialism spirit civilization, which is the researchers and practitioners of the core value system, which greatly promotes the core value system research, communication and practice, which is the urgent task of higher vocational political education. The Chinese latest achievement of Marx uses the college students’ brains to promote the higher vocational college students to accept and grasp the Marx theory.
(2)The Leading Role of Core Value in Higher Vocational College Students’ Ideological and Political Education
“Several important problems about deepening the reform of cultural system to promote socialist cultural prosperity of the CPC Central Committee decision” clearly points out: “making socialism core value system integrate into national education, spiritual civilization construction and party’s construction process.” The core value system goes through higher vocational college students’ ideological and political teaching process, so how to implement the socialism core value system in higher vocational ideological and political education teaching and realizing cultivation goal are related with the long stability, prospect and destiny of the Party and country.[2]

“Social practice is the important link of college students’ ideological and political education, which has irreplaceable role to promote college students to understand society, national situation, cultivates talent, contribute to society, train patience, cultivate quality and enhance the social responsibility. using the socialism core value system to lead the higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching can promote the socialism theme, which can cultivate high-level, high quality, high-skilled innovation talents of Chinese characteristics socialism modernization, improving the higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education influence.
2.The Educating Environment of Using Core Value System to Optimize Higher Vocational College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Practice Teaching
(1)Adhering to “People-oriented” and Promoting Higher Vocational College Students’ Practice Core Value System Level
“People-oriented” is the core of socialism core value system. The core value system integrates the ideological and political education practice, and people should fully understand the ideological dynamics and actual need of higher vocational college students, respecting their main body status and spirit request, in order to exclude the difficulty and anxiety, reflect the equality of personality, humanistic care, playing the advantage and potential of higher vocational college students.
Marx: “If separated from the people and stay away from social practice, it will stay orally, in book, and it will not have a practical role”[4] The practice is the important link of ideological and political course practice teaching of higher vocational college students, leading higher vocational college students to the basis and enterprises. It makes higher vocational college students to enhance talent in practice to make unity of the knowledge and practice, improving the level of implementing socialism core value system.
(2)The Educating Environment of Adhering to Core Value System to Optimize the Higher Vocational College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Practice Teaching
Marx said: “People create environment, also, environment create people.” [5]Constructing elegant taste, noble taste campus cultural environment, which has great significance for higher vocational colleges to form good school spirit, teaching style and learning style.[6]
Making full use of campus recessive education function environment. The recessive education is to make the education plan, education goal, education content penetrate into education object environment, culture, entertainment, service and management and other daily activities, interacting with personal information for teaching and guidance.[8] In the education process of higher vocational college students for socialism core value system, it will be influenced by multiple social factors and diversified values.
Colleges should reflect the campus culture with life atmosphere in university life, and the campus layout, natural landscape, house architecture, humanistic landscape, especially the library, school history museum, museum and art museum are the important cultural hardware environment of the school. It reflects a certain material formation, penetrates the rich cultural connotation, cultural tradition and cultural feature material environment.[7]
Function Environment of Using the Excellent Traditional Culture Educating People
Colleges are the important bases of excellent traditional cultural inheritance carrier and ideological cultural innovation. The ideological and political education of higher vocational college students are the main part of inheriting Chinese traditional excellent culture.
The Chinese traditional culture has long history, with rich connotation, which has diversity, lively, penetration, concealment, infection and other invisible educational functions.
The core value system’s important content and Chinese excellent traditional culture are consistent, which has the Chinese excellent traditional cultural inheritance and development.
Fully discovering the local ideological and political education resource function environment
Discovering the local ideological and political education resources and establishing practice teaching base are helpful for making up practice teaching expense shortage, which meets the actual need of teachers and students understand and experience the society, realizing the education function.
3. Using the Core Value System to Guide Higher Vocational College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Practice Teaching

Discovering higher vocational college students’ daily typical case can integrate into socialism core value system situational teaching design, through imagine, public and life education mode, it can cultivate higher vocational college students’ personality quality and behavior habits.
It should insist in solving the actual problems and network problems. It can construction ideology, knowledge, interest and service for integrating ideological political education resource network, using the online headteacher’ mailbox, expert questions and answers, mental counseling, alumni interviews, QQ chat and other network ideological and political education mode, conducting higher vocational college students’ online ideological and political education.
(2)The Whole Process of Core Value System Integrating into Higher Vocational Teacher Team Construction
Making full use of the education advantage of teacher team
Higher vocational colleges’ ideological and political education teacher team is the organization guarantee of conducting socialism core value system education. The author’s college implements the stereo cooperative practice teaching mode in ideological political education practice teaching topic research process, stereo network extending practice teaching mode, staff participation education practice teaching mode, practice teaching mode of helping the weak, the practice teaching mode of small team, actual practice teaching mode and situational teaching mode, etc.
4. The Management of Using Core Value System to Strengthen the Higher Vocational College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Practice Teaching
Insisting in “people-oriented” and conducting scientific and regulatory management are good for the efficiency of higher vocational college students’ ideological political education practice teaching and efficiency improvement, and it can make human, material and finance aspect arrangement more reasonable, ensuring the effective operation of teaching order, realizing the teaching goal.
(1)Insisting “Human-oriented” establishing higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education practice teaching staff education concept
General Secretary Hu Jintao points out: ideological and political work is the human work, and it should be people-oriented.
