钢铁大省华丽转身

2008年6月,由唐钢和邯钢联合组建的河北钢铁集团有限公司正式挂牌成立,其后又相继整合了宣钢、承钢、石钢等河北大型钢铁企业,这意味着河北钢铁产业以整合的方式明确了产业转型的路线图。

煤炭巨头强强联合

2008年6月,金能集团和峰峰集团强强联合重组为冀中能源集团,2009年6月集团又整合华北制药集团有限责任公司,形成以煤炭为主业,医药、电力、化工、机械、建材、物流等多个产业板块综合发展的特大型企业。冀中能源正领跑中国煤炭工业发展方式转变和结构优化升级。

河北港口转型升级

2009年7月,河北港口集团有限公司成立。这是我国港口界和河北省资源整合的又一大手笔,是能源港口运输集团迈出的战略转型新步伐,在河北港口发展史上具有里程碑意义。

49个生产泊位,2.56亿吨年设计通过能力,世界最大的干散货港口运输企业……这个集港口建设、开发、经营,国有资产管理、运营以及投融资功能于一身的综合性集团公司,是中国港口界的又一艘“航母”。

In June 2008, on the basis of Tangshan Iron and Steel Plant and Handan Iron and Steel Plant, Hebei Iron and Steel Group was officially established, then, it absorbed Xuanhua, Chengde and Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Plants respectively. The transformation of Hebei’s iron and steel industry has been accomplished by means of conformity.

Coal Magnates Allied with Coal Magnates

In June 2008, Jizhong Energy Group was founded on the basis of Jinneng Group and Fengfeng Group. In June 2009, Jizhong absorbed North China Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd, becoming an oversize enterprise with coal industry as its main pillar, and other industries such as pharmacy, electricity, chemistry, machinery, building materials and logistics as its supportive forces. Jizhong Energy Group is leading the development transformation and structure upgrading of China’s coal industry.

Port Transformation and Upgrading of Hebei Ports

In July 2009, the founding of Hebei Port Group is again a huge resource conformity activity in China’s ports industry. It is regarded as the new strategic transformation by an energy port group, a milestone in Hebei’s port development history.

Hebei Port Group owns 49 berths and has a designated handling capacity of 0.256 billion tons annually, making it the biggest dry and bulk cargo port in the world. It is also called China’s another “aircraft carrier”, which is dealing with port construction, development, management and state-asset administration, and operation as well as investment and financing, etc.
